I want to be more active in PVP, so I created a PVP Ranger. He is Lvl 20 but only has an armor of 30. How can I boost his armor up to 70? I cant find any armor crafter on the Isle. I searched wiki and couldnt find anything. Any help is appreciated!

Open up your inventory panel, and click the button PvP equipment to make your armor and weapons.

Or maybe you misread because it says armor 70, +30 armor vs elemental damage.

maybe that is the problem

Hit j, it should open an armor creation window. Which will give you any/all available upgrades you have unlocked.

This. All PvP characters have max armor, last I checked.
