quite simple to use hex um with you reapers mark than cover hex with paracidic bond. Its not a good solo build, FYI.

let me know if I need any improvement, i think i do with the 1337 skill (dont say SS). i was thinking feast of corruption or something of that sort.

Soul Reaping isn't a particularly good source of energy in RA, consider using an Ele secondary and [Gole] to help keep costs down.

[reaper's mark] cut-off point is @ 14sr

if ur not gonna get ur sr up that high....mite as well run:
[wither]+[faintheartedness]+[parasitic bond]

tho if ur lookin for the best possible hex degen:
[conjure nightmare] + [conjure phantasm] + [masochism] + [dark pact] is pretty badass

i usually run desecrate for its dual purpose along with either conjure on mes side and anti melee/spellcasting, so degen is used more to pressure a death than to just degen them to 0
