-Prophecies
-I've played Guild Wars since it first came out. There will always be a special place in my heart for prophecies. The missions and environments are just absolute fun. Oh yeah, and don't forget Pre-Searing. Plus it has the best story line out of the three.
-Pre-Searing and The Falls.
-Dragons Lair. I keep doing this mission for fun even though I already have Mission and Bonus for both NM and HM. Glint is the closest thing we have to a big boss raid. I just find it really fun. Except for that gosh darn knock-down warrior zone.
-The Jungle. Loved it.

Prophecies definitely has the nostalgia factor. However, Nightfall is my favourite campaign. It had the most engaging, engrossing, and original storyline as well as the best aesthetics (next to EotN). The lavish Vabbian mansions, gardens, etc. were absolutely amazing.
-Pretty much every area in Nightfall except the Desolation and RoT.
-Toss up between Consulate Docks, Tihark Orchard, and Dzagonur Bastion.
-I don't like Vanquishing...

- Prophecies
-- My first campaign
-- Taught me a lot about Guild Wars
-- Love the Storyline
- I never get bored of Shiverpeaks
- Hard question to answer...I'd have to say Fort Ranik (Hard mode of course)
- Old Ascalon, have done it once, very fun :]
Pretty much Prophecies is my favorite, not many people agree with me though, at least the people I've talked to.

the funny thing is, for all the rubbishing factions got when it came out. It's pretty much being hailed as the favorite campaign in this thread.

^ Well imo, it's prophecies.

fav: Factions
I stated with proph like many, and I did like it alot, but factions is where I got my assassin. I like the over all design of the country side, thought the city was drab and ugly though.
music: EOTN
favorite place: shing jea, any jade sea
vanq: still working on that, but the little run out side of shing jea going to port sucks.

Prophecies.
was the first one - i was around when it was the only one. the learning curve for new folks is perfect in it, without the crutch of heroes.
hmm, for me, it's the only storyline that doesn't suck, and the scenery wins hands down.
prefer to play in the southern mountains, or the ring of fire islands.
will do any mission in prophecies again, cept for the stupid eyeball one. too big a seizure trigger, that.

Factions:
Reasons
- Chinese theme (at least at the Shing Jea Island), Kurzick/Luxon, short and too the point: Good storyline, also like the choice of music in this campaign. (Nightfall soundtrack is horrible...)
Favorite Area
- Shing Jea Island as a whole. Comes very close to the magic of Pre-Searing. I only prefer Shing Jea Island because it's not a seperate part of the game.
Favorite Mission:
The last one, just killing Shiro. When I first did it he was one heck of a boss, epic end of the story.
Favorite Exploreable Area:
Haiju Lagoon, looks pretty, Kappa are the best monsters I fought besides charr.

-Always love a "good guy turned bad", the Jade Sea is an incredibly beautiful and awe-inspiring setting, pretty sick armors. Plus it reminds me a lot of Jade Empire.
-Jade Sea (obviously) and exploring Shing Jea island.
-The Deep!
-Raisu Palace (explorable. Have you seen the docks? Epic!)

-Loved the scenery, It had the perfect difficulty, and it was just fun to play in as a noob
-I love post Ascalon, just because I got lost there lots. I also favor the area inbetween Yaks and Gates of Kryta
-My favorite mish has to be Gates of Kryta. I was SO excited to get into LA c:
-Fav. explorable area is probably all of post Ascalon. I would go back there anyday as a noob ^^

Factions for me.
I felt that the scenery was really interesting; the Echovald Forest and the Jade Sea are the only areas in Guild Wars which I have no problem vanquishing.
While the skills introduced were fairly meh at points, the weapons and armor were hawt.
Also, and some people may find this odd, but the learning curve in factions pre-NF was steep as hell. I really enjoy that aspect.
Tahnnaki temple, vizunah square, raisu palace, and naphui quarter were notorious for their difficulty relative to Prophecies.
Vizunah Square especially. It's probably my favorite mission of all time, and one of the more hectic. I remember that so many parties would have lvl 14s and 17s from Shing Jea, and would get absolutely trounced by the amount of pressure being thrown around.
I know a lot of people held THK in high regard for being difficult, but Vizunah Square was simply a true trial by fire for so many, and for that, I loved it.
Also - the mob designs in factions were more intelligent. The Jade Brotherhood and the Warden mobs were especially well designed; each used channeling spikes, aoe KDs, hard hitting melee, and disruption mesmers. That type of versatility is not really found in PvE anywhere else in guild wars.
EDIT:
Wow, what's above is blatantly spam and NSFW

I'm rather mixed.
I love Shiro as the main enemy.
I love the storyline of the whole campaign arc (I've titled it "Revenge of the Fallen God" arc )
I love the areas (mainly Crystal Desert) of Prophecies.
I love Palawa Joko as an Anti-Hero.
I love the Charr and Tengu as a whole.
I love the Titan Quests and just quest chains in general (which mainly exist in Nightfall).
So, like I said, I'm split between the original three

Shing Jea Island is amazing. Very pretty, and an all-around great place to start a character. The fast leveling is the pace I like...I hate dawdling around with a bajillian fed-ex quests (Elona), and like to get out of noobville and into the good stuff as soon as possible.
The weapons skins were awesome. Broadsword...don't need to say anymore.
Canthan characters look good. Female monks FINALLY had something to choose from other than blonde buns.....
I love almost all of the missions, with the exception of Arborstone and Eternal Grove. I love trying to see how fast I can plow through Tahnnakai Temple.
I do not vanquish, so I can't really say anything about that.
So yeah....Factions here. I have 4 primary "main" characters...all of them are Canthan.

Favorite campaign - Nightfall just edges out Prophecies
- Varied mission types kept it interesting (Tilhark Orchard, Dzagonur's Bastion, and Poghan Passage as examples)
- Good Story-line that put characters into prominent roles, as opposed to the feeling of being "along for the ride" that I got in factions.
Favorite places to play there -don't really have one in Nightfall, Mirror of Lyss is kinda neat for the scenery.
A mission you will do once again - Consulate Docks, where the phrase "Have fun storming the castle" seems an appropriate way to set out.
A zone you would like to vanquish again: Hidden City or Joko's Domain Hmmmm.... umm, NOOOO! Turai's Procession was a nice place to visit

I searched around for this and was surprised that I couldn't find a thread for this, so if there's already one feel free to close.
But anyway, What is your favorite Campaign, including Eye of the North, and why?
My personal favorite would have to be Prophecies, because the storyline seemed the most in depth, it was the most thought out campaign, and Prophecies was definitely more skill>time. Also, when I play Prophecies again, it reminds me of the Prophecy-only days, which I enjoyed much more than I enjoy it now. I think the new campaigns really ruined the game personally

This forum seems to have a concensus about Prophecies being superior to all others. They have a point, but Proph has some dumb stuff too. Like that guy in Dragons gullet trading nine gruesome ribcages for a BAG.
I wonder if anyone ever made uses of his services...
As for my best chapter: Nightfall because it offers more content and isn't just a big pvp tutorial.
Altough canthan girls are the finest looking.

If you look at Prophecies, it's actually not that great. You don't get the 30 attribute points until way later, the quests have crap rewards, and no level 20 armor until a long ways into the game if you play the normal way. I personally think Factions was the best campaign. It has Assassins and Ritualists.

Factions by a country mile. If they hadn't put in the locked gates it would have been perfect.
Prophesies had too much dead content for my liking, 6/8 of the areas are tutorial level zones, leaving you with only southern shiverpeaks and fireislands to actually play in.
Nightfall did give us heroes, but at the same time it introduced the abominations that are PvE skills, title effects and Junndu

- Great storyline, pugs easy to get into, not too many skills/professions, good ol' memories.
- Pre-searing. Old Ascalon, northern shiverpeaks, droknar's forge, desert, great memories for all those places.
- Thunderhead Keep, best mission ever.
- Don't enjoy vanquishing.

Prophecies.
If you follow the storyline, you have true character development.
Not only do you not get max armor until over 50% of the game is completed, you continue to get skills (and attribute points) along the way.
Factions and Nightfall simply catered to those that wanted to be max level with max armor and access to almost all skills, and wanted it now. There's nothing wrong with that, but that's not my playstyle.

Hands down prophecies. No title grinding, healthy economy, the game felt new and exciting.

I'd have to say Prophecies as i played from the about 2 months after the release. it was immense fun learning to play a game with the whole community. Everyone was figuring out what to do. When i look at some of my old screen shots i have to laugh at my builds, and I shudder to think of other peoples builds sometimes. Factions was great in terms asthetics but... grr those locked gates!!!
Favourite area to Vanquish.. none have been fun but i enjoyed the echovald forrest due to the difficulty level. Splinter barrage sucks!.

-Nightfall
-Reasons? I still love the story. I still remember playing it through the first time. It kept building in the sense of an upcoming civil war that would end with the death of Varesh and the extinction of her demon allies. Then to kill Varesh, finally realized that it's not the end and get tossed into a Nightmare realm to kill a god and worship the Goddess of Body Blocking? I love it.
-Desolation and most certainly the Realm of Torment.
-I do the Consulate Docks quite often just because it sounds great in 5.1
-I don't vanquish :P
