do raptors really drop ele swords

They do wish I had a screenie to prove it but I haven't got any. But yes they do I used to farm them.

In all the runs I've done I have gotten one elemental sword. The drop rate is crappy and not something to rely on, and seeing as they are worth crap now I just gave it to my friend.

I got 2 of these in about 500 runs as well... Raptor farm is a quick farm that do not require to waste 30 min trying to set-up a team... U can also get a lot of black and whyte dye along with some gold weapons u can sell for 700-1000g to people for wisdom title.

Yes, I have gotten a r11 and an r9 there. Sold both of them. However, the prices are WAY down now. Its not worth farming for ele swords. Farm there for cash just by selling the junk to the merchant. Do Ursan speed UW or FoW clears for real cash.

I got a q9 non max one in NM after about 150 runs, sold right away for 10k in Rata Sum. Got lucky though, now they are basically worthless.

I've gotten at least six q9-13 gold ele swords from HM raptors in the last... oh 5 months or so. Got sick of trying to sell them, and traded them to someone in LA for some other equally worthless junk (Murakai Reaver/Blade, and an Elite Sin Tome - which was funny cuz I can't sell the ones I have for 2k- and some other stuff, couple glacial stones)
Got a q9 Saurian Scythe from Raptors too... the only thing I haven't gotten to drop there is black/white dyes, which everyone seems to claim there's loads of O_o

Ele sword prices had to crash somehow. God, it was less than a year ago when they were >100k. I prayed for one when I LB/SSed back then.
But yes, this farm is what killed the price on ele swords, so I assume that they must drop a lot more than then LB/SS runs (I only saw two drop, and I have 3 max LB/SS characters

In my experience, they drop more from the chest that usually spawns in there than from the Raptors themselves, but your mileage may vary.

I was farming them only during 'raptor weekens', farmed quite a lot, was collecting lots of data on their drops and farming efficiency, haven't posted any data yet.
After getting 13 ele swords total I've estimated their drop rate to 0.00025% (1:4000) from HM Raptor Nestling, no boss kills. This comes only from my own farming and may be off a bit.

i never had luck with raptors either, untill i brought Zenmai with by mistake, and guess what, i got a req 9 ele sword

I have done a whole lot of runs there. So far, 5 Ele Swords: req 9, req 10 x2, req 11 and the first one I ever got: req 13 with no inscription slot.
Considering how many monsters I have killed, it must have the lowest drop rate in the game.
