Pc Please On Mursaat Hammer, Eternal Bow, Flesh Horn Bow

I would reallly appreciate some advice on prices for these items (all are gold & max damage):

1. Vampiric Mursaat Hammer of Defense (req 9)
Damage +14% (health above 50%)
Life steal / regen 4/-1
Armour +5

2. Vampiric Eternal Bow of Warding (req 9)
Damage +15% 9enchanted)
Life steal / regen 3/-1
Armour +7 (vs Ele. attack)

3. Shocking Flesh / claw Horn Bow (req 11)
Damage +14% (health above 50%)

4. Fiery Flatbow of Fortitude (req 10)
Damage +15% (health above 50%)
Health +29

1) i saw perfect ones go for like 600k, so im gonna say 200k max
2)not sure
3)req is a bit high, 75k, get 2nd opinion(not too good with bows)
4) I pced a bow like that a while back, apparently they are worthless.
