The req for smiting doesn't matter. The one for divine should have req 9 or 10.

Someone saw this topic and sold me a divine one ingame. I'm still looking for a platinum wand (smiting) though.
EDIT: I just received the info only inscriptable DIVINE Platinum Wands drop. So I should specify the inherent mods I want on the smiting one. But I haven't give it much thought yet, so you're free to post what you have.
