Zkey retention rate

Make it have a retention rate that is tied to PvP titles. I can't think of percentage that would be fair, I'm just giving this idea off the top off my head.

Also, before the PvE trolls come, I'd like to point out Zaishen chest was made for PvP people, not for PvE players that buy keys. So talking about unfairness on the retention rate is plain dumb.

Well, possibly because it's worth 4 times more then lockpick, and it would be nice to get some bonus over the hardcore dupers for buying keys...

The zaishen chest has exclusive rewards that chests with lockpicks don't get. That will explain the price of it to you. That, and the price shot up with the new title.

less profitable. people would need to buy less overall, so demand goes down.

Also make it so it has the chance of giving 1-5 items every time a key is used because these are SPECIAL keys.

It would simply cause all kinds of heartache among the player base. You'd have to have the retention rate tied into each of the different PvP titles and there would be a difference of opinion about which retention rate is "fair" or "unfair."

Example - people working on Gladiator title may look at the retention rates for the Champion title track and think they're not getting a fair deal. Along comes Mr/Miss "Champion" and what do you know? He/She thinks that the Champs are getting the better deal.

Then, if either saw that retention rates were also tied to the Luxon/Kurzick title (which, if this were implemented it would only be right to do so since ABs do award Balthazar faction) they'd all be up-in-arms because those two titles can be gotten through PvP or PvE! And that just brings up the whole "Are ABs really PvP?" crap.

P.S. I've never heard of anyone complaing about the price of lockpicks being the same for people with high lucky rank and low lucky rank, ever.

This is actually a good idea (so long as the percentage is low, like 5%). It keeps Z-chest and the z-title as a somewhat PvP title/thing to do, giving PvP players a slight edge, but allows PvE players to still get the title if they want it.
