If it's unID, it technically could be non-inscr, because it might have just a handle mod. You can probably sell it for 100k+20 unID, but I'd just ID it; easier to sell that way and you can get up to 100k+40 I think.

Every supposedly insc item has the possibility of being crap - they have dropped from the FoW chest, the UW chest, Zaishen... I have seen tons of different items that are "insc only" that have dropped with no insc slot. I would ID it, it is better that way. It is silly to sell high end items unid.
