Glitched Zodiac Staff?

This staff is either worth a bunch, or worthless - I honestly don't know.

Here are the stats:
Insightful Zodiac Staff of Enchanting
Energy +10
Dark Dmg: 11-22 (requires 9 Blood Magic)
Reduces Dazed duration on you by 20% (stacking)
Energy +5
Enchantments last 20% longer

Note the lack of the 20% universal skill recharge. I was under the impression that all items were retro-fitted with 20% universal way back when they added that mod in.

Anyway, does anyone know if that's true or not? Also, what is the value of this staff? 1k or 1000k?

Just Oldschool staff and someone had bad luck. Salvage 20% ench & merch

Agree - there are loads of single mod staves around, and they are mostly worthless. Sorry to say but this is one of them - salvage the mods and merch.

Great, thanks. I didn't want this clogging my inventory, but hated to merch something that was possibly valuable to a collector. Off to the merchant it goes....
