A skill activation bar for heroes

I'd like to know when my heroes are using skills. Right now the hero control bar just flashes the skill while it's queued and while the hero is using it, making it impossible to tell if the hero is using the skill currently or still has it queued up.

I'd like a skill activation bar under the hero control panel that gives the skill the hero is using (if any), similar to the bar found under an enemy's name.

I like the icon idea, but make the icon fill up to represent the progress of the skill activation.

I'm not sure where'd you fit a whole skill activation bar, but i would like to see some way of knowing which skills my heroes are using, because sometimes it is a little confusing to see which skills they are using, unless you're only paying attention to 1 at a time.

I'm not sure if this is a joke, but, if you click the number to the left of the hero, you get what you are asking for. You can, also, control what skill the hero uses and who the hero uses it on.

I would like to see an icon where you can kill your hero instantly when, after being pinned, they still run off to aggro the group that you didn't want aggroed in the first place.

Ditto for minions.

Skill Activation Bar, not Heroes' Skills Bar. Heroes' Skills Bar shows the skills blinking once you order your heroes to use them but you can't quite see when the heroes start activating it.

/signed for it being useful, but you can look at your hero's movements to see if he's using it though.

Click the hero (target them) and the skill they are using is displayed just like an enemies. Want to know that the enemy Elementalist is using Meteor Shower so you can use Savage Shot, you just watch them (target them). Do the same for a hero and it will show you what they are using, and how long until that use is completed.

The main reason I want this is because hero controls lag like hell; I tell the hero to use a skill and he uses it a second later. I want this so I can time the lag to have him use a skill right after he finishes without interrupting his current cast. If I have to click on the hero then I can't exactly tell him to use skills on the enemy, can I... also there are THREE heroes, not one.
