Allright, so I'm about to start a warrior in Factions.
I'm looking for builds, but all the builds I see include a elite skill, which I won't have for a while. So I was wondering if you guys can give me a build (swords preferably) which can hold out through noob island and also at around kaineng centre (that whole big area). Just untill I can get some decent elite skill.

I do have prophecies and nightfall, but unless it's like 5 mins work to get a skill from that expansion, please don't bother with it because I want to concentrate on Factions first.

Thanks in advance!

well if you already have a ton of Factions skills unlocked from purchase or PvP, a "starter" build should be non-existent.

Buy an Elite War tome and you can run any build you want to really, there are not actually a whole lot of warrior factions skills people use.

You get Triple Chop very early. That and Enraged Smash are probably the best early-game warrior elites. Builds involving either should be intuitive (particularly for ES).

Edit: It's worth pointing out that the only elite that really matters is Dslash, and you get that in Boreas, which isn't too late in the game.

I would go sword as Factions has some of the best sword skills in any campaign.I would use the skills you get on the island maybe you might have to buy a few but try and wait till you get to the mainland. You could go the standard route and use sver, gash, final thrust, heal sig,the rest optional maybe sprint.

Since your in Factions but have all three chapters create a PvP char and do some Alliance Battles, this is a very fast and easy way to unlock skills. If you don't have any tomes, or cant buy them when you want you can purchase any unlocked skill at any skill trader in the chapter the skill is found in. So as soon as you reach the mainland you can map to Lions Arch or Kamadan and buy from the skill traders in those cities.

I'm too tired at the moment (not to mention lazy ) to try and concoct a build, but perhaps you should take a look at the wiki:

Shouldn't be too hard to plan a Canthan build with those pages. Really, though, since it'll be mainly just for Shing Jea Island and the skills you'll be able to get there, you're not really going to be doing a build that's much different than you would in the Ascalon region of Prophecies... In other words, a Sword with [[Sever Artery] and [[Gash] (the latter you'll have to buy from the Shing Jea skill trainer) will probably be the most effective build available until you reach Kaineng Center.
