What is the best location to do chestrunning with the factors of time/length and possible monetary gain? Thanks!

EDIT: Yep I was right. The Chestrunner's Thread This has builds as well as locations in it. Search will give you a lot of results too. I seems to remember a thread like this not too long ago, so it should be too hard to find it.
