End of the road?

Well, I just tried to login my Guild Wars account and got "Your account has been blocked, please contact support" message. Is that basically saying that I'm banned or is there still a chance that I will be able to get on again?

I was suspended then it went to that. I've had a support ticket open for about two days now. I'm just wondering if anyone had an idea about being blocked.





They both use code 45 so I'm thinking it just got updated and my account has been truly terminated.

Did it tell you how many hours it was suspended for or give you a ban code?

wut did u do to get banned?

Like I said it was suspended and I'm guessing 72 hour ban. When I checked it a little bit ago it's now blocked.

I'm really not sure. I don't remember doing anything to get banned.

Hmm...they probably had your account blocked while they were reviewing some actions. When they found what "you did" then they banned you.

Sometimes people are banned accidentally. Keep at Support. If you're innocent (and I don't mean to imply you aren't), they'll get it worked out for you.

That's really all you can do as of now.

oh so many posting in the same time:P What msg did you get 1st? Perma ban or this acc issue? If acc. issue is the 1st one, than I guess Katsumi is right, they were reviewing your actions and found out something you have done ( i am not saying you did anything) and than banned you.
But by all means start a support ticket with NCSoft to see what the problem was.

That's my plan, I just wanted to clean my account totally before I got banned even though there wasn't a whole lot on it.

Did you engage in any Botting? Abusive Language? Buy Gold or Items for real money or Have a Large Trade Transaction? Those things may have caused the ban. If you are not guilty you should contact PlayNC Support to review your banned status. Hopefully if it was in error your account will be reinstated. I think they do not totaly delete the account all together.
