Back after.. A year or so?

Hello everyone. I doubt any of you know me. But I've played Guild Wars since a few days after it came out. I quit, came back, quit, and now coming back again. My latest reason of coming back is because Eye of the North, World of Warcraft is getting real boring and cost to a load, and Guild Wars 2 looks pretty neat (with all the Hall of Monuments relation stuff).
Before I quit, I was a little into the Nightfall campaign. And that was about 2-3 months after it came out, because that was also another "quit" period.
If anyone could tell me any real important balances, builds, updates, patches, nerfs, etc that came into effect that I missed out, it'd be appreciated

Why would MM Be dead? Because of Soul Reap nerf? MM's are still butt kicking good; and are used among many (if not all) necros....

Lightning orb applies cracked armor [new addition because of EoTN]

No, people thought MM's were dead because the amount of minions you could make was reduced.

55 monk (Well the version using a constant [Shield of Absorption] cycle with no regen is) isn't dead either, it's just pretty much been outshone by other location-specific farming builds. It's still a great general purpose farming build.

If you looking for any changes to the game, then I would suggest HERE Is a good place to look .

If you're looking for builds, I would try HERE for solid builds and HERE for build advice (for a specific profession).

Alright. When I went back from my first quit, players said MM was dead because of the Soul Reap nerf I believe.. Not the minion max, already knew about that. Phew.. My necro has got a extra build handy now .

search these forums for sabway team build by Sab, it is even better with a player as MM and 2 curses heroes (requires GWEN).

Please don't tell me you jumped on the "PvX is bad" bandwagon already. Most builds are already posted around the internet, PvX just puts them together.

And to the OP, I myself just came back from a year break playing WoW EotN is what I am currently trying to work on. Damn Norn Rank >< Need it to run the OP Ursan now...
