Yea so i played GW for 3 years now. i love to farm. i farm everywhere, anywhere! not once have i gotten a q7 or q8 gold max weapon/shield/focus whatever.
So whats the deal?
Any pointers?
Any Recommendations?
If possible [For those who have self found a q7 and q8 item(gold max preferably noniniscribable modded with 15^50 15%enchant 15%stance etc)]

Well, I've gotten just as many REQ7 and REQ8 gold max weapons in pre-searing as I have anywhere else.

If you want a q7 or q8 max gold, keep on looking. They exist but they're extremely rare, so anybody who finds one is extremely lucky and also extremely unlikely to get another one in the same location. Just keep killing every monster you come across and with a little luck, you should come across one eventually.
Bottom line is: you might get one from your next drop, or you could wait another 3 years for one, but you'll find one eventually. Just go about your daily business in-game, keep your fingers crossed, and pray to Lyssa to grant you a little extra good fortune

i got a purple r8 inscribable max shield. does that count?

req 8 insc stuff, you can get them pretty anywhere in NF and Eotn (both in NM and HM), keep killing stuff massively, good spots would be raptors, vaettirs etc
I also got one from a chest (I think it was in kourna zone NM), I don't think you could get req 8 from HM chest though.

req 8 : I used to get many in NM, either chest or monster drop, but I must admit that it has been a long time since I got a req8, probably because I don't play in NM anymore, my guess is that you could still get them in some low-mid level areas, such as kaineng city etc
req 7 : never got one max, got a few non max weapons, try to kill low-mid level monsters, from level 15 to level 20 (?)
keep in mind that even if you do that, chances that you get a max req 7 will still be extremely low

I have a few non-inscribable Req 8 15^50's all gotten in the first year of the game, including a Storm Bow, gotten in UW and a Chaos Axe, gotten from FoW. When GW started the Green drops, which were all Req 9's, the frequency of Req 7's and 8's dropped to almost nothing. Req 9 seemed to be the standard. I haven't seen a Req 8 in over a year and all Req 7's are less than maxed out.
I can't confirm this, but, if they exist I would think that they would show up in Tyria. I've been exploring those areas myself to see if something good drops for me.

Haha, playing for two and a half years, never seen a gold drop other than a salvage with a rune.

Fastest way to get your first Q8 gold is to farm ectos, and then to powertrade until you get into that range of richness, eventually people will sell you theirs. I have'nt done this yet, because i lost interest in skins/high-end rare drops when they announced GW2 was in the making. (other than selling ones i might find to help fund titles)

I have had a few blue max req 8's, but most i didn't realise about till i merched them

i have 2 req 8 max gold bows (storm bow and eternal bow) and a req 8 chaos axe, all non-inscribable.
storm bow came from an uw chest, and eternal bow and chaos axe i think dropped in fow. i've had them forever and haven't gotten anything decent max req 8 since.

I got a max req 8 Shadow Bow from NM FoW, about 2 years ago. Never seen one drop since.

A couple of years ago I had a r8 15^50 Fellblade drop farming the troll cave outside Droks and a R8 15^50 Twinhammer drop farming the hydras at Skyward Reach.I also had a r8 15^50 Jitte chestrunning Gyala Hatchery shortly after factions came out.I still got the Fellblade it's my favourite sword and the hammer i sold for lots because it was a sought after skin at one time. As for the jitte its still in storage never been used.I've tried to sell it a few times but no ones even looked at it.
