You could easily adapt a the multitude of 8 man Para FoW teams for having no clothing.
Off the top of my head, I can think that instead of using AR, use Drunken Master-since without armor a Para is at 20 energy (if I remember correctly-it's been a while since I've naked Para danced my AFK team mates

). At r10 Delver, this'll give you 15% while sober (33% while boozed up), so I would recommend doing this with booze (just for that special flare).
Another option is have everyone use a staff to cast AR, but with the Cracked armor, everyone is only getting 80 armor off of SY!, but with TntF being chained you could prolly get away with it.
Not sure about an attribute split, but a 11/10/9 split seems to be the best (spear/leadership/mot or comm). For your "healers" I would swap the values of spear and mot. around (so it's 11 mot and 9 spear). You'd be underpowered in damage town, but with 5-6 other paras that shouldn't be much of a concern.
