Hey I was wondering if it was possible to buy the book from another player and then get it inscribed yourself? I really like the tangu weapons and shield but I hate to dish out 10 bucks for a few quests, when I could pay 5 more and get factions or nightfall instead. Anyway I was just curious if it was possible.

I believe it's customized to the receiver. Not 100% sure.

Not possible. The books are customized, and so are the weapons.

No if you want the best cost/effectiveness go with nightfall. Fun to play, only things is that the tengu weapons you will have for a while when NF you will finish and prob never do again
