About to buy gw like ask something

hiya i got something to ask about geting gw

My friend mac truck got

guild wars game of the year edition

and factions as well

he sayed to me he got unlocks when he got game of the year edition

then he got factions later on

he sayed to me get guild wars game of the year edition

so i could get same unlocks as he did

but is it better geting Guild Wars factions Platinum Edition or

game of the year edition

I'd suggest getting guild wars game of the year edition - this includes some very handy weapons which will help you out greatly.


Although if you want to save money, and get extra content (factions) then I'd get platinum edition.

EDIT: sorry, i'm half asleep. GW Factions platinum edition includes prophecies game of the year edition, so get Platinum edition, saves money and you still get them items =P

You can unlock the skills in either game, or to save time you can purchase them through the game store for a small price, although I wouldn't recommend it. I'd save your money, I just unlocked stuff as I needed to use it.
