So i'd like to know what is the most hardest boss monster in gw(tyria,cantha,elona, eotn)?

Depends on who you ask, what class you are using, and what build you are using. The Searing Flames bosses can be quite tough to take out for a Warrior, but quite easy for a Mesmer. Each person will have a different opinion, so expect a lot of different answers.

Due to KD-locking, only non-knockdownable bosses are really annoying, though that fire ele afficted boss in Shenjun Tunnels will crush you if you don't have something to deal with it (in HM anyway, NM isn't much of a challenge). That Monk boss in Ferndale, the dredge one, in the upper bit (mungri magicbox?), is annoying just because there always seem to be patrols everywhere and no matter how many I pull I always get stuck fighting more than one group when I charge in after the boss.

Anyway... most annoying boss would probably be the mursaat monk boss in fire islands.

I hate the second wind boss (turtle dood) in archipeligos coz he comes right up to you and does pbaoe...
Nearly instant party wipe usually, as well as the fact he's with like another 3 eles, and only approachable from a small passage.
All other bosses I found pretty fine, the monk boss in domain of pain(I think) the one with healers covenant took me a while to kill. Those where the only ones that were that hard, and I have capped every elite over 10 characters so I think ive killed most of them. Those 2 are the most memorable.

ALLLLLLL those Rain of Terrors around it are just so freaking annoying, it drives me crazy. All of them running around aimlessly just begging for your reckless heroes to mass aggro them...

Well presumeably the hardest would be in eye of the north duns
Because i did duncan the black by myself in HM he was vry difficult. i used the swap spirt thing however
i thoght that was a clever idea..... anyway took me about a hour to kill him kept chaning PI and using henchmen as fodder. He died eventualy however

The only one that got me really frustrated was the eldrich etten in bloodstone cave. No matter how hard I tried, I couldnt pull him w/o aggroing the 2 other groups there. Doh!!>.<

I find elementlist bosses can be quite annoying but are easy now thanks to Pain Inverter 
Molotov Rocktail (spelling?) can also be quite annoying in Hard Mode with h/h if dont flag fast enough ^^

Nah use that siege thing to tank, and get the H/H to nuke him from afar. No one dies that way, and you don't have to use those pussy skills.

I choose Rotscale, it's not technically 100% a boss, but it drops a green and it's unique (other than one reappearance as a weaker form in the desert apparrantley).
THere's a guide to slay it, if known it works very well. But I attempted Majesty's Rest blind, and he's an absolute killer unlike any other.

Still, I'll answer anyway *sigh*
Arbor Earthcall in Morostav Trail sucked in HM. Shockwave caps are hard enough by themselves unless you have P.S. (in which case they're cake), and this guy has 6 healers around him. Had to pull every single healer away (in a different direction, so reflagged heroes 5 times or more) and kill them without aggroing him, then micro my hero to keep Prot Spirit on me and kill him off. Wouldn't have been much trouble but I was H/Hing so it caused me some worry.
Also, Bazzr Icewing in Drazach Thicket was annoying only because I didn't do my homework before I started attacking him. The son of a gun pre-hexed some of my 6+ minions with Icy Veins and then wiped the whole party with the nasty 312 HP Deathly Swarm.
