Sounds like an automated response. The general consensus is to keep sending tickets (not spamming their inbox) until a real person from support personnel takes notice.

I'm still not getting any of it.
But from memory:
When you make any kind of request they will send you an automated answer and then say, if that solved your problem the case will be closed within 24 hours.
If the mail didn't solve your problem write them again.
They do it that way because they can't afford the kind of service a game like WoW has because they only make money on the initial sale of the game.

So, you got banned and you got a survey from support instead of a solution. What can we do about that? Nothing. Either wait a couple of days for them to sort it out or send a new support ticket.

He meant to say, instead of giving him help with his account, they ask him to do a questionaire, and taht made him unhappy?
is that what you want to say Courage?

I basically had the same problem. My account was hacked, when I sent in a ticket, I got the standard response about how I must have given my password out, or DL a keylogger. I sent an email back to them stating I would never give my password out and have not DL any mods. The response I got back was downright nasty, telling me that it must have been something I did, there is nothing they can do to help me, their servers are "secure" and to not respond back to the email because my case is closed. Then they had the nerve to send me one of those surveys about their service..I sure told them what I thought. I'm suprised I'm not banned now after the things I put in that survey.

When you put in your support ticket, did you write it the same way you asked for help here? Customer service can only do so much, reading a rant or trying to understand your problem as one long run-on sentence would get you no where. Ask an adult to re-write it for you and see if you get help.

If they can't understand you, they can't really help. Write to them properly at support and you may find a different reply. Failing that, just bug them a little more until you get a straight answer.
