Hey guys, i was wondering, where would be the best place to farm this weekend for the triple LP drops? Currently, im thinking of HM raptor's in Riven Earth, however what do you think? perhaps we could make a list of places?

Is it true that raptors more commonly drop holiday/event items, not just golds/dyes? but yes so far it seems raptors are the most prominent option. GO GO ASSASSIN FAST NUKER. i would post the build with the little tab thingys, but i dont know how

Yeah thats pretty much it exept i use Dark Escape instead of mindbender (too lazy to go get it), swap flame djinns for fire attunement, and just use glyph of sacrifice before i enter the cave, pull, then SF press 45678 and collect my drops
also im an assassin primary, and i use a caster ele sword i got while farming them and a +15-1 offhand. I also use a Superior Shadow Arts rune. (anyone else pumped about the extended duration

Well i know i will just continue with CoF farming, i expect quite a few will drop there (but not as well as raptors).

farming lockpicks is bullshit, if you farm raptors while events you maybe get 10-20 picks the hole weekend, wow, im farming raptors for 3 f*cking days to get 30-60 picks? CRAP! and if theres a bonus on a regained lockpick, id rather farm chests like hell to push my lucky title instead wasting time in that cave
The Meth
The frostmaw dungeon usually gives lots of lockpicks, I remember getting 6 one time I did it in HM. The triple drop rate probably doesn't affect chests or hidden chests, but there are good masses of enemies (10 wurm popups). With the quest reward and the random items that are dropped you usually get around 5-6k before the lockpicks are factored in.
Probably not as good as raptor farming but definitely less mind numbing.
Personally I'll be chest running. Even with triple drop rates you probably wont be making much, and double unlucky/lucky is too good to pass up.

I don't think prices will move much at all. Any drop in price the increased supply would create will be more than covered by increased demand from the 2x lucky.
There may be people selling a few picks here and there for <1.25k, but probably not much.

Personally, I thinking getting a run through CoF will probably be the easiest and most effortless way to get lockpicks.

SF will get buffed from 5...18 sec to 5...30 sec (May be off 1 or 2 seconds) In approximatly... 6-7 hours I think.

that build that Mr. Undisclosed posted is only for farming Zelnehlun + friends in Floodplain of Mahnkelon - you can't farm raptors with that. Zelnehlun is an excellent alternative to Raptor farming if you're sans PvE-only skills.

I think lockpicks will drop most from raptors but even with the triple bonus weekend, I would think it would be no more than 1-2 picks every run so yea pretty mind numbing grind...
On a side note I also saw someone say they'll just do CoF, which usually does have a good amount of picks drop in a run. Are any of the runners planning on charging more for runs? or same prices, I wouldn't be surprised if I see more people increase the price of a run to 2.5k or maybe even 3k? I mean if everyone gets more lockpicks then the run is that much more beneficial? Not to mention the fact that each CoF run has anywhere from 7-10 chest allowing you to work on your unlucky/lucky title. Let me know what you all think.

Doubt CoF prices will rise, 2.5k wouldn't be considered going up since thats a pretty average price. I never go under 2.5 and always get a full group within 30 seconds or so.

max'd expertise, take a sword (of defense) and a shield, no elite, easy to get skills makes this a winner IMO

Secret lair of the snowman would be the way to go, to receive picks on one hand, and to open chests on the other, 5 chests + ~100+ enemies every 10-15 mins is not too bad imo

I get alot of lockpick drops from farming HM Stone Eles outside Sardelac...you might try that as well.
