20% Chance

Weird questing that I was just thinking about while in the auctions section.

If an off-hand has a 20% chance mod - such as Forget Me Not - and I have the maxed Lucky Title, do my chances increase for the effectiveness of the offhand that I put this mod on or is is a straight 1 in 5 chance?

where'd you get the idea that lucky title affects weapon mods?

Well, Lucky affects the chance of certain things happening, so it wasn't a major intuitive leap. Just a wrong one

Where'd you hear about a salvage bonus? I thought it was lockpicks only.

Go salvage something - you'll see "you have a xx% chance of this item breaking" or somesuch.

I suppose I could be wrong and it's the Wisdom title - always get them two confused.

Salvage is from Wisdom, not lucky.

Wisdom and Treasure (3% for each rank in each of those 2 title tracks)

Salvage is Widsom + Treasure Hunter

Lock is Treasure Hunter + Lucky

Yup, I'm confused.

Every rank of Lucky boosts the chance to keep a pick by 2%

Every rank of Treasure Hunter boosts the chance to keep a salvage by 3% and keep a pick by 3%
