i have'nt played Guild Wars in a couple of months, and now im getting this error message everytime i log in!
"you account is currently not authorized to play Guild Wars. If you wish to continue playing, please click on the 'enter store' button above and purchase the appropriate Guild Wars campaign."
I bought the game! in HMV for £29.99, its a prophecies campaign, ive played on it before but now its not letting me.
Ive entered the key before and ive tryed doign that again but it says its already in use on another account ;l.
Please can anyone help me!

So your CD keys says that the key is already in use? Only thing I can think of is that you've entered in the wrong email address for your login details.

I knew someone who had the same problem, turns out he's used the free trial key in his game and not the actual game key.

I have to say that that is the most likely cause.
Recent versions have come with the game activation key, plus trial keys that you can give to your friends that give them a few hours gameplay. You seem to have used the wrong key - check your box.

This is definitely not a fake because I bought it for £29.99 at HMV. I looked on the card and it doesn't say trial key anywhere and i looked on the leaflet of the card. When I bought it, It came with a manuscript, art of guild wars book and a map of tyria with a bonus music CD.

I can't remember how the keys are presented in that particular box, but I think it was one of those credit-card sized, er, cards with a scratch-off panel on the back. With a picture of the female Ranger henchie that nobody ever used on it.

You probably used the trial key. The simple solution is to contact support on this issue.

Nobody mentioned it was fake true but it wasn't the trial version I only said it wasn't a fake to be specific.
Anyway i purchased this at 04/03/06 and now I'm coming back to it but saying my account is not authorized when this account has a valid key with it...

If you say you used the key from the card then we know you didn't use the trial key. So it helps us solve the problem by removing that possibility.
As with any support, especially IT you have to ask the same questions multiple times because you can't trust the user/person asking for help has given you the right answer or even the full story.
Im sorry but we have to assume you're dopey. Its nothing to do with you personally but so many people in these situations are.
I suggest you physically check the box and compare the code on the card with the one in your account settings (click "manage keys" or whatever).
If it is the same key then contact anet support with the access key, your account name, the location you purchased the game (and if possible a pic of the receipt).
If it wasn't a mistaken use of keys then we can't help you.

I explained I had the problem Code=103 which is when an access key is already in use on your account but you still cannot play Guild Wars.
I sent a message to PlayNC and they've asked me to take a picture to proove I purchased the game. So now I'm just trying to figure out how I will be able to proove it I got a camera, but not sure if I can send the file to this PC.

If you ever worked in IT support you would be amazed at how many problems turn out to be something simple like the pc isn't plugged in, or the user is using the mouse on a nearby computer.
You wouldn't expect anyone to make such a mistake but a majority of issue turn out to be like that. I have known 3 people to enter the wrong key when first getting GW.
All i did was explain to you why the questions we are asking are obvious problems, you took it out of context and have reduced your chance of even getting the help you need now.

She offered you extensive advice on how to fix the problem. If you are incapable of reading or having reading comprehension issues, that is yet another thing that we have "failed" to help you with. I blame the schools. Now, if you would be so kind as to stop being a snob and take some friendly advice, you MIGHT get the issue fixed. The issue isn't if we want to help you or not. We simply cannot help you. You have to deal with PlayNC support. They are the only ones who can solve this issue if you already tried the solutions found in this thread. I am not sure what other help you are asking for. We have exhausted everything we can have you try to do. PlayNC can access master logs, archives, etc. They are your helpers now.

Ok thanks alot . PlayNc has asked me to take a picture of the Guild Wars features I purchased. I can't do this because, I don't have the cord that connects from the camera to the computer and my phones don't either.
I don't know if I should tell them that or still figure out a way to proof it. If I tell them that they won't believe I purchased it, but truthfully I can't take a picture of it.

At this point of time, you will need to go through with the ticket you have lodged with support and provide them the information they requested. If your unable to - let them know and try and make arrangements with them.
