PC on non-inscribable Earth Staff and Holy Staff

Hi, I'd need a PC on the non-inscribable 2 Staffs, as I have no idea....
Are they worth selling, or does the imperfect mod on the Earth Staff and the high req on the other one kill the price completely ?

GPB, Gothic Sword, Plagueborn Sword and Shinobi Blade and maybe other ones if you have an idea.
