hey everyone, i just started playing the other day and i was just wondering if there are any ways to check an enemies level without attacking them? i was running around killing stuff in Factions tonight and things were going good until i got ganked and got resurrected at a point where there was a level 12 yeti (at least i think it was..it was a red somethin' other).....needless to say, me being level 3, i got owned and i didn't even know it was there, laying in wait....but HAD i known, is there a way to check the level of the enemy before i attempt to engage battle?

thanks everyone.

Ctrl+Alt is your friend, it allows you to view enemies not within your sight and target them, thus letting you see their health bar/level.

You can also do it manually by pressing tab, but that can be tedious if there are many enemies around.

I'll go take/look for a screenie.

I'm pretty sure you can Shift+left click them to select them with out actually attacking them too.

Using Ctrl+Shift+Space(or double click) allows you to call the target without attacking them, however if you just use ctrl+alt+single click, you just target them without attacking or calling.
