Any large transfer of golds/ectos/blackdyes/ambraces/etc without the other side giving something similar enough back will get flagged. As simple as that.

There were even stories back then when a guildie tried to give some new players some "startup funds" they both get nailed

We already had another thread about this and it was figured out that if you trade anything at all back, then it won't get banned.
