Improve please

I could use suggestions I'm sure. 8 Curses, 10 ES, 12 Earth. Was wondering if either [stoning], [ward against foes] or other ward, [churning earth] or well, you tell me. Now don't know about you but I see it energy intensive, maybe [Elemental Attunement] and put in Churning Earth? I'm gonna try to use this for HM with other 2 necros, MM bomber and the N/Rt healer (can't have 3 necros).

Also would like advice on the weapon. Was thinking 20/20 HSR for [glowstone], devotion + Insightful staff (I think?) but I iz noob on eles.
