a nice suggestion easy to implement

FIX THE LAG!!!!!

was in mission , got disconnected and when i relogged i was taken to the *&?#$ outpost. I did noy buy this game to play "reconnect". Since about a month or a bit more, the lag have been getting worts and worst. Dont tell me to clean my PC , its clean. If you guys at Anet are still putting boxes of GW in stores make sure you have decent servers.

I don't lag. Maybe you just have a crap computer and have too much running in the background.

Maybe you dont know what kind of pc i got, maybe you dont know what i got running in background, maybe you should keep your crappy comments to yourself.

Maybe you shouldn't take everything as a flame? As a matter of fact, I don't know any of that, so I suggested it. Common sense?

Just so you know i run GW with all graph on max, got a P4 3,2HT; 1,5g of mem.
Plenty enough to run the game.

Because if it takes to long for your system to reconnect, you won't get placed back into the mission. Also, that has nothing to do with lag. Disconnects occur because you lost connection, not because you lost a couple of packets of data.


And 90% of the time, lag is on your end. You posted an okay system, but that doesn't tell us anything about your network stability/internet provider. I run on a system about half as powerful as yours and on 56k, and I never disconnect. If everybody was having your problems, there would be more people complaining about it. Since the forum isn't flooded with comments like this, look into your own system first.

No matter what we say to try and help you we will get flamed. So don't come here crying about your shitty computer. You make it sound like you are running some 8000 dollar computer when I bet it is next to mediocure. Just set guild wars to a higher priority on your computer. Stop downloading your porn at the same time. and maybe just maybe don't be a dickhead and expect nice responses. Go home cry to mommy and beg for a better internet connection

just wandering what kind of specs your computer has.

because, if I remember I r have a 125k ping experience before and I am like you now, super piss at the connection.

lol then I got a new computer with better more updated specs and voila.
