Buff Fertile Season

[Fertile Season]
Nature Ritual. Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (15...39...45 second lifespan). Creatures in range have +50...130...150 maximum health and +8 armor. Does not affect spirits
This is useless, it gives the bonus to foes as well as allies, as all spirits do, but whats the freaking point? Wow +8 armor and a health bonus. But the other bastard has it too.
I have been playing with a few beastmastery builds, the last few days and I noticed this skill. I didnt buy it, because i dont see the point. Maybe loose the spirit aspect and make it a shout?
Ideas anyone?

Miska Bow
Conditions, hexes and armor ignoring dmg seems to be the way to go imo.

No I can't imagine the skill being very useful in PvE, but sometimes it is used in PvP, most notably in a build called IWAY. It's put up if the other team is using spikes to kill one member of your team in less than a second, and using Fertile Season usually prevents the spike from killing your team member and gives time for the healer to quickly heal up the target.
This means that while both teams get the health bonus, the spike team cannot kill through their spikes, but you can still kill the other team due to constant pressure, something a spike team cannot do.
The only application for the skill I can see in PvE is if your team is constantly being put under large amounts of pressure when fighting mobs, it could be used to relieve some of this pressure giving your monks to get back some energy and giving you time to kill the mob. But if this is happening rather than adding fertile season I would be more inclined to change the build completely.

its the ultimate spike catcher, extreme pressure (like [savannah heat]) can take people down even with it up, if you play them right
spikes dont work unless they have an EXTREME amount of overflow damage, which they rarly do 'cause if they did that extra is replaced with defense

also I read on wikki how it was used in PvP but in PvE its useless. When do you face a 55 there (because this would screw one over bad) and where do you see that much spike damage?

It was also used in the old hex HA build, with all the mass degen after it died the other teams health would spike way down.

Imo Nature Spirits in PvE should have only their effects fors either the foes only, if its an aggressive effect or only for the caster and all allies of the caster of the spirit, for passive effects.
So, these spirits should get imo all PvE-Versions, which have then a discription like this:
Fertile Season (PvP)
Nature Ritual. Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (15...39...45 second lifespan). Creatures in range have +50...130...150 maximum health and +8 armor. Does not affect spirits
Fertile Season (PvE)
Nature Ritual. Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (30...45...60 second lifespan). Creatures in range have +50...130...100 maximum health and +5 armor for every Nature Spirit summoned around you. Does not affect spirits. Affects only the Caster and all of his Allies.
I'm sure, this Skill would find immediately alot more use then in PvE and would be seen more often in People's Skill Bars as every other nature Spirit Skills too, when their effects would hit only in PvE those, for what in the end it would be for the player the best advantage.

You have no idea how often people win that way in HA, even when they are losing badly.
Targuil
Fertile season was nerfed for a reason. Some time ago it was too good for stopping spikes.

Yeah, that was fun... I did it once and loled as the enemy team died like bang, but that was prior to both skills being nerfed.
As to it being buffed for pve, no thanx its already easy enough. Buff [Energizing Wind] first
