Wearing 'lesser' (achieved) titles

I hope this is the place to post this. If not, Mods, please do as you will!

Is there any chance we might one day get to select titles we have achieved, but past?
To put it another way, I like 'Wretched' as a title. But 'Jinxed' doesn't do it for me. If I'm 'jinxed', I'd love to wear my 'Wretched' title around... Would have loved to be 'Charmed' rather then 'Prosperous'. Chase 'Impy Mc Imp' around town as a 'Slayer of Imps".. that kind of thing.

I can't really see an abuse of this function. I mean, is there an instance where someone is spamming for a R5 or LOWER of something?

I don't think it would be hard to implement, and chatting to my guild, we think it would be fun to be able to play a little more with titles we have already earned.

Feed back? Anyone think this would be a bad idea?

I love some of the lesser Asuran title track titles, and it would be cool to be able to use them. I too don't see any way to abuse this, but i can see:

(party of ursans)
noob: i'm r10, i just like showing my r4 title best
party: hmm okay

(enter mission)
noob: *actual rank = r4*
party: /allragequit

or somthing along those lines.

1.) Ursan sucks
2.) Rank discrimination sucks
3.) Any competent team would ask to see the max title and let the person change it back after.

I don't see any way for this to be abused in a positive way to any player.

Well i don't see why not... don't really see why either, unless a lot of people actually DO wish to do this. If so though, it'd have to disclude hero/zaishen ranks, because of the emote. "OMFG RANK3 WITH A PHOENIX GLITCH WTF HAX" pretty much sums up my reasoning behind that one.

Sounds fine to me. I'm just after the title 'name'.
Anyhow, if you needed to prove rank, it's not likely to be a hard process. But the 'full' rank number seems like a good idea too. Thanks for the comment

this sounds good but i think it should work where it would just display the lower name and not the number and you wouldnt be able to display higher then what you have.

I think he was saying that you would not be able to show higher they you have earned, but if you were showing a rank lower then what you were, your real (highest achieved) rank number would be beside the name.

it sucks to loose some titles ("Charmed") because of nomal gameplay.

Nice suggestion, /signed for me. Drunkard sounds more appealing than Incorrigable Ale-Hound to me.

I know a guy, refuses to advance his asuran rank past 5, just so he can stay "not too annoying"
