Xunlai tournament house rewards

I've recently started to do the xunlai prediction thingy and I was wondering how I claim my reward points. It says to talk to the tournament agent but whenever I do he just directs me to the website for which I have registered. My account on there has got all the details entered correctly, can anyone help me?

The xunlai tournament points will be awarded in a week, maybe 2. Sometimes it takes longer. Just keep coming back to the tournament guy, someday he will wake up

there is indeed an unspecified delay on the actual distribution of the rewards.

Sometimes it takes a few days before you can go pick them up, sometimes you have to wait a few weeks ...

its arounda 2 week delay from the end of the tourniment i think, its mentioned in the updates tough when there available.

Are the may predictions availible to vote yet?
