I played for a total of 6 hours during the entire weekend (damned work!) and didnt get a single lockpick drop at all. However i got 4 black dyes which i was delighted with and promptly sold making more than i probably would have made through selling lockpicks, if they'd drop for me.

I farmed z-keys instead, probably made a lot more gold that way. I did PvE a little and got 2 lockpicks and opened 4 locked chests..

I bought lockpicks whenever I saw someone selling for 1.2k or less. And I had 8 fall for me during one lucky romp through Arachni's Haunt.
In the end, I probably opened 30-40 chests and ended the weekend with 2 more picks than I started with.

I used 6 lockpicks and only kept 2 of them...you can do the math....the stuff I got from the chest was mostly merch food except the elite dervish tome that my newest dervish used......I think I made a whole plat from the merchant.

The lucky/unlucky titles are pretty much my absolutely favourite titles in the game - so one would think that having a weekend like this is god-sent.
The problem is that I am Golden - and there is just no way that I'll ever have the desire to open enough chests to get it higher. The next tier is just too far away for me to want to achieve it.
I'd LOVE to have it - but it would require doing way the things that I do not like doing for way to long.
Give me a place where I can afk the Rings every night and I'll gladly do it!
Otherwise there is just no freaking way for me to advance in this title.

I picked up 2 lockpicks during the weekend and another 2 just yesterday. Otherwise I lost alot of money on 28% success rate and crappy req 13 grape drops.

While farming Kinya Province I got 15 picks and made 80k(got Elite Canthan armor with that money!) and on the two CoF runs I got I made about 10k and got 5 picks. I used every single pick and only retained 3 times.
