edit : also buying uninsc +5 energy crystalline any req/dmg as last piece for my collection, paying a few millions

I need a very specific focus, it must have :

+1 20% domination (may accept 19%)
20% halve recharge of domination skills (may accept 19%)
gold req 7-13 domination, any skin
(edit : of course +12 energy)
