Well currently im trying to learn how to perma SF UW (chaos plains and areas where it works ) im still fairly new and have never done a full UW run so i really dont know where to go and how to run

Glyph lesser energy

anyone have a map picture or a guide to know how to run

There was a time in history when deadly paradox costed 5 energy...
those were the days when you could farm with ez.
now everytime you use deadly paradox you see your sins energy bar get washed away.
however..
a/mes
i wld advise getting a 1 handed melee/wand weapon
+5 energy
enchanting
poisons
and try using the usual a mes
if your going to go a/e
theres a post about it in the sticky other then that it looks like your goign in the right direction good job bro

The area i love to farm is
'tomb of the primeval kings'
start at stairs and proceed to do your regular casting but follow towards the front grasps were the chain soul is directly infront of you. Follow under the bridge and and then take your right under the other birdge. countinue arrgoing and follow towards the riders on the upper level, dont bother even trying to go up there since they will run down anyways.
They will stay back at a distance the idea is to "herd" like a sheep dog would do.
run laps around them causing them to group togther like sheep. eventully u can just step right into the middle of them
i wldnt urge using fire dmg as it is major aoe and causes "FEAR ME!" to get let off ( -energy )
try to go with major hex degen there is alot of AoE degen hexs out there that work great!

I recommend a insightful staff of enchanting. That's a good +20 energy right there. Full attunement and radiant (except necessary runes). I easily get around 50-55 energy. As long as you watch what you are doing (I make sure I have 30-35 energy around the time SF recharges) you'll be fine.
The fire skills look kind of 'eh'. Sliver Armor with SF is reliable way to deal damage with a lot of enemies attacking you, and with SF you can attract as much aggro as possible (depending on the enemy). Throw in Grasping Earth for foes that try to flee, Aftershock for some additional damage for stragglers, Death's charge for body-blocking, healing, or to target specific enemies with Sliver, and finally shadow refuge for a heal against anything that may come through (make sure to auto-attack to get the full effect).
With EoTN, I'd throw in Air of Superiority and Ebon Standard of Honor.

I do it the 'old' way with Me/A or A/Me, depending on who I want to look at. :x I just find it a lot easier, less hassle trying to manage energy and whatnot.

Look in the farming forum, there are multiple threads with maps and video's on the run to Chaos Plains and anywhere else you need to go in UW. I will not bother linking them as they are all current threads with huge post numbers you can't miss.
