Will this comp run guild wars

Heya , I Just got my brother's old computer since my blew up after it being 5 years old and while his isn't a super computer to alot of the heavy graphic games out there .

I was wondering if it will run gw with the addition of eye of the north until i can start building one for gw 2 and also what would be the best settings for me to run it out with out too much lag

CPU: 1.80 ghz Dual core
Video card : 7300 LE 512 memory Turbo cache
Memory : 2 gigs ddr 2 667
hard drive : 160 gig western digital 7200 rpm

Should run fine, not great, but fine as your graphics card is a tad old. Though you may also have problems with the dual core. Just follow Snograt's instructions here for a fix.

That will run the game fine, that system is a lot lot better than what people normally come around here with.

If you put a new graphics card in it, say like a 7600GT or an 8600GT (staying on the cheap side) it would work really good, probably get 60 FPS.

My other computer with a 1,800Ghz Single Core, 1 Gig of ram, some crappy IDE hard drive and an 8600GT gets 60 FPS in some places on max settings.

people should stop asking this, everything above a pentium three processor with a Nvidea 6000+ can run guildwars :/

I have a 1.60 GHz processor, 768 Mbs of RAM, and a 64Mb video card and I run GW fine. My laptop is ooooold.
