8 man RA

As a keen RA tiger, I just had a brainwave.

Make an 8 man RA arena. Press enter button. 16 people are automatically chosen and then fight it out in a GvG-style battle.

It'll just be like BYOB, except the average skill level would be lower. What say you?

I thought this was what HA was for. Most of the teams you fight sure seem like random groups.

What do u get when you cross AB, RA, & HA?

All the noobs in GW in one spot, how can this be bad?

On a more serious note, its not really worth it because then you need 2 monks for a team to be able to seriously get anywhere, and its hard enough getting 1 as it it, or to get lucky and run into like a series of utter noob teams.

Good teams would stick together and roll other teams for REALLY long streaks in an 8 man RA. Unlike 4 man RA where the statistical odds of getting a good, balanced team are good enough that every 3 or so teams you face a competient team, in an 8 man format this would not be possible. In 8 man RA, as soon as a team got 2 monks, 2 warriors, a paragon, a curse necro, an interupt ranger, and an ele, that team would be almost unstopable and roll through the teams of 5 dervishes, 2 sins, and a fire ele over and over again.

i like to give reasons why

We already have that in GvG, HA, and in AB. If you're suggesting to have more players in RA or in TA then it's probably because you never went to AB or any of the other competitions. RA and TA are basically there to give the option of playing in fewer groups. It should probably stay that way. For anyone, like me, who wants to play in a massive PvP fight fest, then GvG, HA, and AB is there for us. No need to change any of the lesser areas to that because it's plenty enough.
