Currently Isle of the Nameless uses PvE version of skills, and since Anet is already (supposedly) working on a fix for this, I thought I'd propose this:
Being a typically PvE player, I like to create PvP characters to test potential builds out. I think they should unlock PvE only skills for PvP characters, so that we have the ability to do such. Of course there would be no exploitation of such, as PvE only skills can't work in PvP areas.

would be fun until people figured out an exploit for it...I can just imagine all the LF URSANS in TA and HA for a few hours whilst Anet rushes around trying to fix it

If they can make a button that will change the instanced environment from easy mode to hard mode, they could sure as hell make a button that would change the instanced environment from PvE to PvP.

It doesn't seem like a problem to do that. Besides, even though you can bring PvE skills to the PvP areas they will get blocked in the skill bar. So, no point in trying to sneak them in anyways. And we can test the skills on the other masters too. Like for my PvE build, I test it on all the masters to see how many I could beat and who I can't. I manage to own all of them.
