Why not make a Supply and Demand trader of Alcohol, Sweets, and Party Item.
------------
Another Suggestion is an NPC that allow you to make or craft specific holiday item using either Non/Rare Crafting Material, Collector Item, or out of another holiday item to make it seem like an upgrade to it.

well they usually have the festival npc's when its around the event, wouldnt make much sense to have them around 24/7 if it isnt windersday or sumthing. and as for supply and demand, i dont think they will have them becuz you can already buy sweets(bean cake), Hunter ale(traded from monastry creds, battle com. ect.) and party items are found in festivals and events they are trying to make the titles last a lil bit longer for gw2, they were not ment to be maxed in a few days of farming, but people have anyways..

PS- i always say no to anything that is tryed to be added to the game, it slows the devolopment of gw2(which is better)

as much as i'd like to see this in game, as I am going for drunkerd. It would just make the events less of an event. If you want this stuff and its not close to the event, then just try to buy from outer players, as suggested above.

/notsigned. I like the craze during the Events. If any of those traders are added, no-one would attend to the festivals to get their booze/sweets/party stuff (other than AFK-ing on 9-rings).

You can already buy alcohol. The different bonuses that sweets give is what attracts people to go to those festivals.
