Lets see where to begin....
Money: Every profession has its limits when farming areas and as a warrior you can't really do most of the areas other professions can, I'll take example from assassins and eles which I believe they are at the top of the farming line currently. You say you have been playing for 3 years so I presume you have more characters other than warrior. If one of them is an Ele or Assassin try setting him up for farming UW, No need for expensive armor and weapons, collector and crafter weapons are enough. Once that's done you got yourself a farming machine. And remember practice makes perfect
Your profession and builds: Playing Warrior isn't a bad thing don't feel offended for your profession cause EVERY profession is useful. Since I don't know your builds I don't know what to say but personally I suggest taking some ideas from here on guru.
Communicating and lack of campaigns: A Microphone is very cheap these days and every computer shop has one for sale. Not having GWEN isn't a major problem unless you're joining pug groups since they ask for ursan 95% of the time. Having friends you play with regulary can bypass that problem.
Gameplay: You say you don't get taught anything by other people, you can learn from others by observing, Also I find scouting guru a good method of learning, do the same. Another good way of learning is with guild mates, If you're not comfortable in the current guild you can always find a better one (that may take some time but you will actually find one you will like).
Rank: Not having a rank when going HA can be hard finding a good team, a good way to gain rank is to play with ranked friends/guildies that are willing to take you with them. Same thing goes for TA more or less. If you want to do some quick PvP without elitism there's always RA which can still be fun.
Titles: Players with insane titles, they got them by working for them no? You can do the same. Titles such as protector of Tyria/Cantha/Elona can be easy to get, getting all 3 that's already 3 maxed titles there
If you get stuck there's always wiki to get help from, personally I use the unofficial one. Some titles are obtainable with money that means farming > money > titles.Conclusion: There's no Anet hex in place, it all depends from YOU, I tried making points how to fix your problems....now its all up to you, remember: Willpower > anything.
