Some people missed the haloween and Wintersday finale and didn't get their hats.
Since all special events last about a week (could be wrong), would it be a good idea that random or specific monsters drops hats during that time instead of having people being at a specific city/date/time to get it/them?
Another way could be to have the hats crafted (candysmith) or getting them by a special collector.
That way, everybody will have a week or so to get their special event goodies.
I know some people will probably complain that there will be no point to the finale if we can get hats without being there at a specific time, but as far as i know some people got theirs by being afk for 16 hours in LA...
