Racthoh's Paragon Buddies should suit your needs just fine.

The easiest way to get heroes upto speed, and actually help you out, is to use Sab's Triple Necro build which includes a minion bomber, curse, and rit spammer. These three together will be all you need to accomplish most areas. As for henchie help with these, use Earth ele, both healers and the interrupt archer.

D/N orders dervish works well too.

While I don't play my warrior much anymore, I've been using these three with my paragon. It's basically a variant of Racthoh's paragon builds and since you're spamming SY! they should work equally well for you:
[build prof=p box name="Incoming Support" spear=11+1 command=8+1+1 leadership=11+1][blazing spear][holy spear][incoming][hexbreaker aria][anthem of weariness][anthem of envy][aggressive refrain][signet of return][/build]
[build prof=p box name="Stunning Motivation" spear=11+1+2 motivation=8+1 leadership=11+1][stunning strike][spear of redemption][vicious attack][chorus of restoration][aria of zeal][purifying finale][aggressive refrain][signet of return][/build]
[build prof=n/rt box name="Restoring Orders" blood=9+1+1 soulreaping=9+1 restoration=12][preservation][ghostmirror light][spirit light][mend body and soul][soothing memories][signet of lost souls][dark fury][order of pain][/build]
I've done a fair amount of 6 man and 8 man areas with them and they've done pretty good. 4 man areas still need more testing, but from what I've seen they've done pretty good.
You'll need to micro [anthem of weariness] to keep your heroes AR up out of battle-unless you're fine with them casting it right before the fight.

Go with Rac's or Sab's, either build will make most of HM a joke for a Godmode D-Slasher.
