a charr boss in EoTN was dropping a staff of another boss. They just updated it so he had his own.

but still why a 40% half recharge time?
if u have two 20% half recharge time u only get 36%
kind of weird or maybe a way to get more ppl to play water?

You know I do hate when people edit the original post to completely remove the original question. Sure indicate if you've since found your answer, but at least let people know what the question was.

I second that, because the question may actually be something I'm looking for and search would theoretically pop up a thread like this, but without the question the answers are useless (sometimes)!

It also seems to be only one person who does this
Maybe they're getting confused with the 24 hour bump limits? But that doesn't justify editing the question out rather than just putting the correction in.
