Alliance battle without guild?

I used to be able to play in alliance battle without being in a guild by going to the great temple of bathazar and talking to the kurzick/luxon reps but now I can't do this any more. Has something changed?

As holymasamune said, you need a guest invite to do AB. Fort Aspenwood and Jade Quarry, what you can get to from GToB, you just need to have been there before, or on a PvP character.
