solo UW help please!

will someone please tell me if it is possible to solo uw with a 55 necro running SS. as long as i stay away from dying nightmares i feel like i will be alright. also i would like to know 1) what drops ectos the most and 2) how much can i expect to make per hour givin successful runs? any help appreciated, thanks!

I would say it's possible to use just SS. Smites tend to drop ectos the most but I'm not sure if just SS will be able to take them out because they use some protection spells that give back health to them. So your best bet would be to just kill the aataxes (Spelling is incorrect I believe). I solo with my 55 monk with SOJ and I am not able to kill the Smites. As for how much an hour... It really can't be determined, it depends on how long it takes you to do a run and if you're lucky.

and its random. Best solo farming for UW right now is A/Me perma SF or E/Mo farming Chaos planes and bone pits 6-10 ecto per run. Runs are about 40-50 minutes.

wow, thanks guys, with as much $$ as ive put into unsuccessful farming builds lately i really need the money. hopefully i can get this stuff working because right now im having trouble getting past the 1st chamber. the build im running has no faults, im just not experienced enough to move through uw atm. guess its going to cost me before i start making anything from it but hopefully it will be worth it. thanks again
