Is it in game yet/has anyone found it?
and are the old ones still dropping?

It's still may 31st in Anet's timezone, so I'm wagering it won't be seen in game for about another 13 hours.

I think Anet will add it later, because they will probably write about it and tell us what is the new tonic.

Regina, Anet Community Manager, had mentioned on gwonline that the new tonic will only start dropping after the next live build on June 5th.

Prolly when the reward points will be given out too i'm guessing.
So........is phantasmal still dropping till then?(If it's only in the chest for a month that is)
