cd key already in use

so i just bought gwen through their online store and the cd key they emailed me is already in use i guess...

so what do i do now because im out 40 bucks for nothing.

I didn't think the official online store in game , emailed CD keys, they added it straight to your account? If this is correct which company did you buy from

Always had the game added directly to my account when I bought through the online store. They did email the keys, but no need to add them since it already was. Have you checked to see if gwen is added by taking a level 10+ through the quest to reach gwen?

well i figured i would have 2 more character slots open which i dont and it gave me a "Keys - Keep these for your records" of 25 letters and numbers

i bought it though the online store in the game

EotN is an expansion, so it doesn't give extra character slots. You do get emailed the keys for your reference when you buy something in the online store. Take a character to Kaineng, Lions Arch or Kamadan and see if the quest to EotN is mentioned in a pop-up text box. If not, you need to keep contacting support.

Log in, go to the Character select screen and then go to the "Edit Account" tab in the lower left hand corner. Check what keys and access privileges you have. If you don't have EoTN there, continue with the support ticket you started. If it us, then what Yol said.
