Change "God walking amongst mere mortals" to "goddess" for female characters
Selket
Its just not fair for us girls who've gotten the title for everyone to think we're gods when we're goddesses and should be addressed as such!
I don't want anyone to think I'm anything but a goddess, and this title as it stands seems to indicate I'm some sort of sick man who plays female characters and the game can see through it.
I ask you, how could you not want this title to properly reflect even your *characters* gender?

I don't see why they shouldn't do this. For the French translations, they have to do both forms for titles, such as the feminine and masculine forms of "Cartographer".

Selket, you already have an outpost named after you, and now you want more?

This is dumb. No. It's a minor quip, and it's not incorrect anyways. It is completely ok to call a female god, a well...god. Goddess is a female god, yes, but God in itself is not a male term. Go read a dictionary sometime, at no point is the word male used. God is a gender neutral term, with Goddess just being a term created to refer to female gods by the Greeks and other related peoples in their languages.
It's actually kind of like Actor and Actress. Actress is a way to call actors who happen to be female, but it's completely correct language wise to call them actors.
There is nothing wrong here.

To call me god would be an insult, as you'd be confusing me with an inferior being.

You weren't even sober at the time of this incident so your testimony is meaningless and entirely untrue.

If you spend thousands of hours to get that title, whether you want to get it, have nothing else to do, or are stuck in a concrete room in a foreign country with food and water delivered daily, it doesn't really matter? In Greek lore, even in Roman lore (and I'm talking old scriptures, I take hardcore Latin at my school and we translate that stuff) goddesses are often, not just sometimes, refered to as gods. Plus, I think if you QQ hard enough, Anet will definitely listen to you, especially you, and only you.

We're talking about the only true Goddess, Me.
This title should be changed, not just for Me, but for every other woman, and even man who plays a female character, because all women in some way or another are a goddess, and should be awknowledged as such.
You might dislike Me, but you won't stop all us girls from sticking together, and getting this foolish patriarichal changed to better reflect the fact that there are at the very least TWO genders in this world.
Deal with it, mortal.

Diciontaries are fallible. I am not.
I'm sorry you had to find out this way, but, well, there it is.

When drunk, a female character says "I'm king of the world!". How many places might there be issues with gender in the text?

I'd rather them fix bugs and actually work on balance for a change than worry about things like this.
