quick question bout alliance faction

does buying luxon/kurzick skills give more points toward my title track than 'raise alliance reputation?'

I think it raises it 6000 when you buy skills and 10000 when you just raise it.

this is in wrong section but it raises title track but doesnt raise alliance reputation? And From skills & Ambers it raises same value as it cost but when you just raise it doables

Amber/Jade/Scrolls: Pay 1k, get 1k to title, 0 to alliance

Skills: Pay 3k, get 6k to title, 0 to alliance

Alliance: Pay 5k, get 10k to title, 5k to alliance.
