Eye of the north !!??!!Help please

Hey. Need gw:Nightfall if want play gw:eye of the north or can have gw:faction!??? Because i have faction+ eye of the north but when i want create new player show me only for prophecies, faction and nightfall, but for eye of the nort not!! Please what is wrong?

You don't login to Eye of the North, that's just what the login screen looks like.
Any character you create can go into EoTN, as long as you have a key for EoTN on your account. You just have to take the appropriate quest in LA, Kaineng, or Kamadan.

EotN is an expansion. As such, you need a character from Prophecies, Factions, or Nightfall and level it to level 10 before you can bring it to EotN

Eye of the North is an expansion, not a separate campaign. So it's meant only for pre-existing characters to visit. You just need to get a character up to Level 10 and reach one of the port cities to access eye of the north areas.

aha i am find he : Guardsman Chienpo in Kaineng Center. But cant take quest :S ( i am lvl 20), must be lower lvl ?

It's not Chienpo.... it's the Minister of Maintenance Raiugyon that is next to the quartermasters.
