Hmm... I don't think that's the link he meant to put there.
But no, you can't "run" anywhere outside of Prophecies. You have to do the missions. You can get someone to do the missions for you, but that's a much longer process.

There you go - it is runnable, but the run involves the runner doing half a dozen missions for you.
